  If only I had spent 2 minutes researching this company. Worst experience ever. I was quoted a price then was apparently sent an e mail stating that the price was no longer available and was charged $298 more. I have asked for the e mail 3 times and still have not received it. I was then told 14-16 days from Perth to Newcastle. 20 days later the car is still in Perth and expected delivery is now 42 days. Pathetic is a really nice way to describe this company. One star is being VERY generous.

  Terribly rude company. Phoned and the only woman there told me to do it online- she is the only one working there. After explaining I'd prefer to speak to someone as I have some queries she hung up on me and swore at me twice. Asked to speak to the manger as all I wanted to do was book our car and she yelled and swore at me again..?

  I recently bought a car interstate and couldn't take the time off to drive it back from Brisbane to Adelaide. They made everything really simple, provided me a bunch of different options all in one quote, provided a fair price and a fast service. Their team was always really friendly and helpful with all my questions. If you buy a car interstate like me they're the people to speak to!

  Absolutely disgusting people to deal with. The person Sharon was rude and should not be in anyway shape or form in a customer service role. All the information that was given to my wife and myself was incorrect. Told us would be a few days however we have since found out will be double as they give the lowest transit times out. In addition they give a price and then when you go and book it in they inflate the prices. Should not be in business, will be booking in the future with other companies who will tell you the truth and not lie to you to get the booking. Moving Cars should take a look at themselves and take a bit of pride in their business and how they conduct themselves with their customers.

  Do not book if you want any type of customer service. I'm genuinely shocked at how rude she was.
