  I did not even get an apology from the office when I spoke to them, just simply asking that I did not want to proceed with the move! The only thing they did right was refunding the money to me quickly

  When they did arrive the following morning after our family being forced to sleep on the floor as the house was completely packed up - 2 people arrived, one smelling strongly of alcohol and the other looking like he was coming down from another substance...

  3. The delivery is with an 'open date'. This means you don't know when your items will be arriving. Ours arrived in 10 days from VIC to QLD.

  I then asked him politely if could please carry the trolley up one flight of stairs due to the time of day and the unhappy neighbours - to which he declined, then proceeding to yell at me and swearing his head off - this all in front of my wife, 2 young kids and for the whole unit complex to hear! Then continued to bang our items down the stairs taking no consideration what so ever

  Firstly they did not show up on the day that we were due to move with 10 minutes notice prior to due arrival time (10 mins before the cut off of window provided to us) saying that the truck had been held up by a fatal accident (later found this to be totally fabricated)

  I was forced to ask the movers to leave my property and to unload the truck, which the guy refused to do, so I was left to unload the truck myself with the assistance of the other mover

  Terrible, also thieves, the driver said he would take a lounge of ours back to Cairns and deliver it back to the tenants in our house who purchased i t off of us...the bastards never returned it and never told us until I spoke to them and found it hadnt been delivered - rang the removalist who drove the truck, he didnt return my call, rang again and got some smart ass little fella who said it's probably in the yard at Yatala and that the business has closed down. Googled the Biz they are still operating - surprisingly...at Yatala, now tying to sort it out with them on the phone.

  1. Once your stuff is collected, you are advised that you have to pay $650 extra because of the excess. Otherwise, you will not get your stuff.

  One of the movers was totally obnoxious and was dragging his empty trolley up the stairs at 5am in the morning, he then proceeded to get into a shouting match and was swearing his head off at my neighbours when they asked him if he could be a little quieter due to the time of day

  My wife and I were unable to find another interstate mover mover at such and where forced to hire a truck and complete the move ourselves! I cannot begin to describe the hassles that where involved with this!

  2. Some of your items will be damaged and you will NOT be offered any compensation or assistance to find the items. All you get is a staff on the phone giving you some vague "answers'.

  Worst moving company ever. Don't waste your time and money going with them. They didn't show up on the date arranged, even though I stipulated it had to be that day. No apology, and only a call later in the day. Over charged us as well. Staff appeared friendly and helpful when we booked but then refused to compensate us for their incompetence, and also only apologized after we commented that they offered no apology. Incredibly rude, poor service, no cost effective, and did not fulfill their obligation by arriving on the date.

  I dealt with removalists quite a bit as I move often because of work, but Moving Professionals are BY FAR the worst company ever.
